How to Book an appointment:

Appointments cannot be booked online. Directly contact me via cell 443-766-2508 (text only-A call will be given if requested). State your name, the service you are interested in, and availability or requested date. Sending a picture of the style desired helps to make sure we are on the same page. You can also contact me online through our contact us section. Click on contact, fill out the form, and select service. You will be contacted within 48 hrs.

Location:

I am located in Windsor Mill, MD. Address will be given after deposit is received. Clients are serviced from my home. I have a small dog and small cat. Both are very friendly. Shoes are requested to be removed at the door. Please bring socks or if you'd like, some can be provided for you. Children and guests not getting serviced are NOT allowed. 

 

Travel: 

If you don't have transportation or are disabled, travel is available. Travel fee starts at $30. A neat and clean area is required. I bring a small stool and stand with me. Animals are okay. If you have children, I ask that another supervisor be there to watch them. Children can often be a distraction for the client (parent) and the stylist (me). Distractions lead to additional time in completing the service. We would like to minimize all distractions as much as possible.

Deposits:

Deposits are 50% of total price. Deposit must be paid in full in order to book an appt. Once the appointment date/time/service is requested, an invoice will be sent & must be paid immediately in order to hold your spot. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due once arrived at your appointment. Your deposit is considered your electronic signature to agree to your full understanding of this info. Contact me if you have any questions.

 

Late Fees:

We strive to start and finish services in a timely fashion. Please be considerate when scheduling and preparing for your appointment. Schedule enough time to get to your appointment on time. You have a 10-minute grace period. After 10mins late, you will be charged $15 for lateness. After 20mins late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. Please give us notice ahead of time if you notice any delays in your arrival. 

 

Payments: 

Starting March 1, 2022 some of our service prices are increasing. we will no longer accept CashApp Payments. I accept Zelle, PayPal, or Debit/Credit Card. I will send you an invoice for deposits or for anyone that doesn’t have Zelle or PayPal. In order to use PayPal you must send an additional $5. Cash app may only be used for donations.

Appointment Prep:

For all protective services (crochet, braids/twists, locs, your hair must be shampooed, blow dried and detangled prior to service. An additional fee will be charged if hair is not properly detangled as this adds more time to the service. 

 

Hair is not provided. Hair must be purchased prior to appointment. You will be told what kind and how much hair to get.

 

Additional Fees: (Prices are based on the length of hair purchased. Prices may vary based off brands, and total customization of service)

 

Braiding hair lengths- 

0-22”=+$0

24” =+$10

26” =+20

28” =+$25

30” =+$30

32” =+$35

Adding Accessories (beads, hair jewelry, string, etc) - $10+

Nonprotective Style prep & Hair Coloring Services:

Do not shampoo your hair before Silk Press or any straightening/curly service. 

For hair color services, do not shampoo, scratch, add products or vigorously brush your hair 24-48 before appointment. The day of your appointment make sure your hair is not knotted or super tangled. Your hair should not be in a messy bun prior to service.
