Shipping & Return Policy:

 

Here at BluFire Artistry & JusB Organics we strive to provide quality products & services.

All of our products are homemade & handcrafted by Blu.

 

We don’t accept returns or give full refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your product, please email us within 3 days of your package being delivered and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Orders are shipped out every Monday by 5pm EST.

Custom orders may take 7-10 days to process before they are shipped out.

Shipping takes 3-5 days.

Shipping & Handling is $7.99.

Pick up is available. You will be contacted to schedule a pick up time.

Massage & Chakra Therapy Services:

Appointments are request only. Once your appointment is requested, depending on availability, it may or may not be accepted. Once it is accepted a deposit will be due. The deposit is half of the total service. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival. 

 

I have the right to decline any services. I have the right to stop service for any reason I deem necessary. 

 

Appointments may be canceled up to 48 hours up to service without fee. 

 

Lateness:

You have a 10 minute grace period.

After 10 minutes of lateness, a $10 late fee will be added to your service cost. 

 

If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.

You will have to reschedule with a new deposit.

 

If an appointment is no-showed you will be subject to a $40 no show fee on your next service. A new deposit must be paid for a new appointment with the additional $40.

 

Prep:

Hygiene is critical. Please make sure you are properly cleansed before arrival. Wear comfortable loose clothing. You will be asked to remove your shoes upon arrival.
