Serving: (8 servings) 1 serving= 1 tbsp



Feverfew, Passion Flower, Valerian Root, Echinacea, Ginger, Turmeric, Rosemary, Thyme, Ceylon Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove



Boil 8 ounces or 1 cup of water up to 160-212 ℉. Take 1 Tbsp of tea & put it in a cup. Pour hot water over the tea. Leave tea to brew for 3-5 minutes. Strain & enjoy a fresh cup of Herbal Tea. Drink up to 4 cups daily. Store in a cool dark place.
